Dori has years of experience guiding legal professionals. She focuses on the principles of Adult Learning Theory and positive psychology in working with students, faculty, staff, and other legal professionals.

Adult learners take ownership of their learning and need tools for practical implementation in their working lives. Dori thus structures her approach to deliver material that is digestible and helpful. There is a practical approach to teaching from which she never strays:: “if the material is not immediately helpful and interesting, why do you want to learn it?”

In addition to teaching Critical Lawyering Skills, Torts and Advanced Torts, Dori has delivered dozens of workshops throughout the country for law schools, legal and professional organizations, nonprofits and industry leaders.
